Where we ship
Every order ships from Ron and Jerry's in Fultondale, Alabama. Right now we ship to these states, all within about a day's drive of home: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. If your state isn't on the list, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard Shipping usually arrives 2-5 business days after your order ships, depending on where you live.
Shipping rates
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order. You'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay.
- Up to 0.5 lb (a 5 oz bag, a Shake, or a Fry Dat!): $4.99
- 0.5 to 2.5 lb (a 1 lb bag, or a few small items): $8.49
- 2.5 to 5.5 lb (a 5 lb bag, or a case of Shakes or Fry Dat!): $11.99
- 5.5 to 19 lb (The Boil Kit, a case of 1 lb bags, or up to three 5 lb bags): $14.49
- 19 to 50 lb (a 5-pack of 5 lb bags): $29.49
- Over 50 lb: calculated at checkout from live FedEx Ground Economy rates for your address and order weight.
At checkout you may also see a live FedEx Ground Economy price. Pick whichever option works best for you.
