Note: the Bayou Trash Shake and You Gotta Fry Dat! in this kit are past their printed "best by" dates, which is why the kit is priced lower. "Best by" is a peak-flavor date, not a safety date. See the Shake and Fry Dat pages for details. The White Trash Boil is within date.

How Ron and Jerry boil

1. Stir White Trash into your water and bring it to a rolling boil.
2. Drop in your crawfish, shrimp, or crabs.
3. Kill the heat and cover the pot.
4. Soak about 10 minutes for shrimp, about 30 minutes for crabs or crawfish — or 'til da last bug sank.
5. Strain, pour it out on the table, and hit it with Bayou Trash Shake.

Makes a great gift for the boil master, the tailgate captain, or anybody who's ever said "you gotta fry dat."
