White Trash Boil 5lb Bag

The big bag for the big boils. Ron and Jerry's White Trash Boil is an all-in-one Cajun seasoning for crawfish, shrimp, crabs, and everything that goes in the pot with them — corn, potatoes, sausage, and whatever else you throw in.

Dem FDA folk would argue wit us, but the best boiled seafood is never boiled. Brine your water and White Trash to a rolling boil, drink a beer or 3, then drop in your bugs, shrimp, or crabs, kill the heat, and cover. Add a little time to soak if you like 'em the way Ron and Jerry do.

How Ron and Jerry boil

1. Stir White Trash into your water and bring it to a rolling boil.
2. Drop in your crawfish, shrimp, or crabs.
3. Kill the heat and cover the pot.
4. Soak about 10 minutes for shrimp, about 30 minutes for crabs or crawfish — or 'til da last bug sank. Soak longer for more kick.
5. Strain, pour it out on the table, and enjoy.

How much do I need?

• 1 lb flavors 5–10 lb of shrimp or crawfish, or a dozen crabs.
• 5 lb flavors 50 lb of shrimp, a sack of crawfish, or a bushel of crabs.
• 5 oz — a smaller pot, or your first try.

One 5 lb bag handles a full sack of crawfish — the go-to for backyard boils, cookouts, and stocking up for the season.

Ingredients: Salt, spices, spice extractives, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, citric acid, natural lemon flavor.
